Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases from KJs Holding Inc trading as Home Improvement & Hardware Supplies.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly if an item is faulty, unsafe, damaged, materially different from its description, unfit for its intended purpose or incorrect. We may inspect or review the item to understand the problem; this does not limit your statutory rights.

We will provide the remedy required by Barbados law, which may be a repair, replacement or monetary refund depending on the issue. These claims are not limited by our 30-day change-of-mind period. Sale items have the same statutory protections as full-price items, and original packaging is not an absolute requirement for a statutory claim.

Where you are legally entitled to reject goods, you may choose a monetary refund or replacement goods of the same type and similar value, where reasonably available.

Change-of-mind returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving an item. The item must be unused and in resalable condition. Please return its original packaging where reasonably possible.

Contact us before returning the item. We may request your order number, receipt or other reasonable evidence of purchase.

How to request a return

2. Tell us which item is involved and the reason for the request. Include your order number, receipt or other reasonable evidence of purchase where available. Photographs may help with damaged or incorrect items.
3. We will confirm the return location and next steps.

Contact us before moving a large, heavy or installed item. Where Barbados law requires it because returning the item would involve significant cost, we will arrange collection.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in Barbados dollars using an appropriate monetary method based on how the order was paid. Where you have a legal right to a refund, we will not require you to accept store credit instead.
