Where are your stores?

We have stores at Green Hill, St. Michael and Oistins, Christ Church. Addresses and Google Maps directions are available on our Locations page.

Can I pick up an online order?

Yes. Choose Pickup in the cart and select Green Hill or Oistins when that location is offered for your products.

Do I need to wait for pickup confirmation?

No. Complete the order and collect it from the selected store during opening hours. Bring your order number and identification.

Can I pay for a pickup order in the store?

Yes. Pickup orders can be paid at the selected store when collected. Manual Bank Transfer may also be available at checkout.

How do I choose a delivery location?

Choose Delivery in the cart, place the map pin at the delivery location, confirm it and then continue to checkout.

How much does delivery cost?

Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed before you place your order.

How long does delivery take?

Timing depends on the order and delivery location. If you need an order by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

What payment methods are available?

Cash payment and Manual Bank Transfer are available when shown at checkout. Eligible delivery orders may be paid on delivery, and pickup orders may be paid in store.

What currency do you use?

Prices are displayed in Barbados dollars (BBD), with applicable taxes included.

What if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

Contact us promptly. Your rights for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods are not limited by our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return period. See our Refund Policy.

Can I return an item because I changed my mind?

We offer voluntary change-of-mind returns within 30 days for eligible unused items in resalable condition. See our Refund Policy for the conditions and your separate rights under Barbados law.
